Well I've been a bit under the weather the last couple weeks, so I've again avoided putting much on here. The good news is our Sanford YourMarketingCorner.com store is opening end of this week!! We'll now have two stores open with a third on the way. As well Latin America is a strong healthy venture for us, and we are working on strategic relationship to offer more of our knowledge and consulting services, news on that coming later!

Nick Jr to beat up Myspace and Facebook?
What a threat that seems to be huh?! Well I don't see Nick Jr. making any threats at the two social powerhouses yet. But I've been spending a lot of time on the
Nickjr.com site as i have a 3 yr old that is catching up to me on his computer savvy.
There are lots of interesting tools and interactions developing on the site. They us a lot of Ajax type apps to keep the site light and fast paced. The character sites (dora da explora, Wow Wow Wubzy, etc.) all have multiple, free, online games and child development activities. You can even print some of the activities and use as a class training.
What a resource combo that could be, educational awareness packed with child friendly navigation and interactive activities (plus oppty. to lead TV + Internet merge). No need to sign up for anything, very secure place to let your kid play.
Sounds like Google might want to keep an eye on this site as well!

Bienvenido a Cornerstone Latin America
Okay so that is as far as my spanish goes. But most of you haven't seen me for a good month or two because i've been consumed by our LatAm operations. Great news is, we are providing excellent results and an abundance of leads for our clients. I have some training to do with our LatAm ops team next week in Orlando, and then I'm back to the Cornerstone U.S. ops and our new Your Marketing Corner venture.
'08 is going to be a big year for us at Cornerstone. Strategy meetings have already begun and our technology platforms are helping build great efficiencies. Look out for a Your Marketing Corner store in your neighborhood soon!

What are small business advertisers most concerned with?
What a good question and having a retail store in the middle of local communities is really helping us understand the thought process of local small/medium merchants!
So far we have many request for Trifolds, Fliers, and print graphics work. Not a mention of our online advertising solutions. With a bit larger sample size we will really be able to not only understand but help shape expectations on how marketing benefits a small/med. biz.
It will also help us deliver an organized timeline on the necessities of building awareness within a local community. Most business owners will say "this is most important, and then we'll consider that" We'll understand what 90% feel is "this" and what they consider to be "that" which will help us assimilate those two issues into one ad spend.
